Morris Engelson was educated as an electronics
engineer specializing in spectrum analysis and communications theory,
and elected a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics
engineers "for contributions to the practice and applicatio
ns
of spectrum analysis." He is a former Chief Engineer at Tektronix, Inc.,
and Adjunct Professor at Oregon State University.
The author of several books and a number of technical papers in his
specialty, Morris Engelson is currently a consultant located in
Portland, Oregon.
